We’ve recently created an interactive, literary map of the province of KwaZulu-Natal. Markers are situated on the map in locations related to KZN-linked authors. Selecting these markers will give you a short introduction to the author and a link to their author profile. Using the controls on the left of the map, you can zoom in and out, and navigate around the province. View the map under the authors tab.
Literary Tourism is tourism that deals with places and events from fictional texts as well as the lives of their authors. This could include following the route a fictional character charts in a novel, visiting particular settings from a story or tracking down the haunts of a novelist.
