End of year function 2009

Please join us for our annual end of year function on Saturday the 5th December, from 9.30 until 11.30.  We are having a morning tea party in the beautiful grounds of Inanda Seminary and will also be launching the INK (Inanda, Ntuzuma and KwaMashu) Writers Trail, which we have been working on with the eThekwini Municipality this year.

Tea and eats will be provided, Creative INK (a poetry and writers collective') will perform and the school museum will be open.  The Seminary is one of the stops on the INK Writers Trail.

Directions to Inanda Seminary 

From Durban South – AIRPORT

  • EXIT the airport over the bridge and head N to Durban
  • At 1st set of robots turn right
  • DO not take the left hand glide off but go through the 2nd set of robots in the left hand lane
  • After going through keep left and get onto N2 Northbound
  • Keep going North through the spaghetti junction on N2 North – do not take turn to Pietermaritzburg
  • Take the 3rd off ramp (NOT 1st Umgeni/ 2nd Nandi Rd) after Spaghetti junction – Kwa Mashu/Inanda off ramp onto M25
  • Proceed up the M25 for 13 km (You will have Inanda Cash and Carry on RHS and a taxi rank on LHS.)
  • Proceed through the traffic circle keeping straight
  • 2 km further you will see the School Board pointing to Inanda Seminary on LHS

From Durban Central

  • Proceed along North Coast Rd heading away from Durban (lots of road works currently)
  • Go under the N2 onto the KwaMashu Highway
  • Proceed up the M25 for 13 km (You will have Inanda Cash and Carry on RHS and a taxi rank on LHS.)
  • Proceed through the traffic circle keeping straight
  • 2 km further you will see the School Board pointing to Inanda Seminary on LHS

From Spaghetti junction where N3 meets N2 North and South (from PMB direction)

  • Glide off the N3 and take the N2 North
  • Take the 3rd off ramp (NOT 1st Umgeni/ 2nd Nandi Rd) after Spaghetti junction – Kwa Mashu/Inanda off ramp onto M25
  • Proceed up the M25 for 13 km (You will have Inanda Cash and Carry on RHS and a taxi rank on LHS.)
  • Proceed through the traffic circle keeping straight
  • 2 km further you will see the School Board pointing to Inanda Seminary on LHS

From North of Durban – Gateway

  • Pass Gateway on LHS and keep going south on the N2
  • Take the next off ramp after Gateway – Kwa Mashu/Inanda off ramp
  • At the robot turn right and go UNDER the N2 onto M25
  • Proceed up the M25 for 13 km (You will have Inanda Cash and Carry on RHS and a taxi rank on LHS.)
  • Proceed through the traffic circle keeping straight
  • 2 km further you will see the School Board pointing to Inanda Seminary on LHS
